Make Your Writing Shine: Fiction Meet and Critique 2019

Thursday, 11th July 2019 at 6:15pm - 8:30pm

Location: Pan Macmillan, 20 New Wharf Rd, London N1 9RR

This event is in the past.

How does your plot hang together? Are you pitching your work at the correct readership and age group? Does your writing have the professional polish that editors and agents are looking for? Is your story standing out . . . for the right reasons?

We are back with our inspiring 'meet and critique' evening, where aspiring authors can meet with industry experts and discuss their plot ideas and writing concerns one-to-one. This session focuses on children's fiction from 5+ up to YA.

We'll look at your synopsis and ten double-spaced pages and brainstorm with you in an intensive fifteen-minute session. Spaces are limited and sell out fast, so please book your ticket early.

Please note that there are only 25 tickets, and these will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You must send in your 10 page sample, synopsis and author biography to by Friday 5th July.

I visited this event, and it was an amazing one. I had a great time with my friends from the website, and I didn't think that I would have a good time. I was wrong.
